Fatma Biltekin

Fatma is an activist working in the field of animal rights for the past 10 years. She has been working with the Animal Rights Monitoring Committee (HAKIM) which she took part in the foundation process and the Animal Rights and Ethics Association since 2014. Until now, she worked in different parts and periods of these campaigns as a volunteer: Right to Conscientious Objection in Education, Vegan Food for Osman Evcan (Osman Evcan is a vegan politic prisoner in Turkey and he stages hunger strikes for his vegan demands oftenly), No to Kısırkaya Animal Concentration Camp and Campaign Against Fur and Leather.
Fatma Biltekin is currently working as an HAKIM coordinator. She takes part in reporting animal rights violations without making any discrimination. Also, she makes lobbying for the Animal Rights Law to change in favor of animals and she organizes workshops about speciesism with adults and children.
